Summary: Introduction: Today, the advancement of technology and the internet has been
transforming work relations, which undergo several modifications. Among them, regulated employment, with employment contracts and social protection, which has been questioned in times of intense use of micro-computing and new forms of communication. The process, of considerable technological evolution, threatens several achievements of the workers. This disruptive moment is marked by the lack of standardization, the flexibilization and the precariousness of labor relations, also influenced by the Sharing Economy, a form of cooperation that privileges access to goods and services to the detriment of ownership, enhanced by technological possibilities and communication (internet). These elements culminated in the development of applications that allow the intermediation of service delivery and promise to value freedom, low cost and ease, to the detriment of regulation and labor
guarantees, which is the problem to be researched. Crucial, therefore, is to verify the functioning of these applications in the context of laws aimed at protecting the worker. Thus, the present research aims at unveiling the operational frameworks of work - intermediated relationships, in the light of legal and human resource management theories, by studying the functioning of the Parafuzo application, which mediates the contracting of services. The theoretical basis will be based on theories of human resources management, on the elements that characterize the employment bond and on the sharing economy. To achieve the proposed objective, the methods and procedures include qualitative research, exploring labor legislation, scientific
texts and the Parafuzo application site, which will be the main source for data
collection. Videos and clippings will be collected in important parts such as term of use, privacy policy, opinions and others. After data collection, the data collected will be handled through the comparison between what is advocated by legislation and the theory of people management and what the data obtained in the application website reveal. At the end, the results are expected to reveal possibilities for understanding the nature of the relationship between workers and the application. This research was developed within the area of Law and as a technological product it is believed that it is possible that its results are appropriated by workers, who can understand the relation of which they are part; by employers, in view of the need to comply with legislation; and by the labor inspection, for the adoption of fiscal conduct compatible
with the new modality of provision of services.
