Summary: Introduction:The development process of Brazilian postgraduate studies has always been inserted in the Brazilian political-economic historical context, having gone through several phases. It is important to highlight the role of Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES), which during the 1970s began a process of creating the evaluation of postgraduate programs in the country, with the objective of developing criteria for the development of scientific productions. To achieve this purpose, it created quality standards to be followed, in order to raise the quality of national production, aligning some types of promotion to established criteria. The evaluation process developed dynamically, changing its frequency over time, always updating itself, seeking the excellence of the national postgraduate course. The problem of this research lies within the new methodology for evaluating scientific productions for the 2017-2020 cycle, particularly the introduction of a unique methodology for evaluating technical/technological products that became required in that quadrennium. This innovation generated a lot of uncertainty and lack of knowledge on the part of those involved in the evaluation process, requiring a detailed analysis of these new criteria so that it is possible for the programs to adapt to this new reality and raise the quality standard of the research developed. The main objective was to propose procedures to collect, analyze and disseminate scientific productions from a dissertation in the technical / technological product (TTP) modality of a post-graduate program in public management (Capes area 27), presenting their contributions and meeting the requirements of this coordination. In theoretical terms, the research was supported by the Theories of Knowledge Management and Institutional Evaluation Theory. As for the methods and procedures, the mix approach was used, being primarily qualitative-diagnostic, configuring the research as descriptive. Data collection was carried out through documentary analysis of productions from dissertations and instructional documents prepared by Capes and by the Postgraduate Program in Public Management (PPPM), as well as the responses obtained with the application of questionnaires to graduates of the program, titled between 2017 and 2020. The result was the development of the production analysis methodology, in alignment with the research objective from which two products were prepared: a) Management Report - Diagnosis of Scientific Productions TTP and, b) Management Report - Proposal for the implementation of the managerial model of technical and technological productions from the Dissertations, through procedural instructions.
