Summary: The implementation of telework within public agencies and its improvement is a challenge to be faced, which can generate significant results for the agencies that adopt it. In the context of the Federal Public Administration, so far there is no law that supports telework per se, only the Demand Management Program (PGD), which has a series of more requirements than the telework models adopted by other powers or spheres. The problem of this research is to identify the contributions that the Federal Comptroller General (CGU) provided by implementing the PGD that can serve as parameters for other bodies to implement their management programs or telework models. The main objective is to describe and detail the development of CGU's Demand Management Program as one of the possible models to be followed within the scope of Normative Instruction No. 65/2020. In theoretical terms, the research uses the EOS Integrative Model. In methodological terms, the research has a qualitative and descriptive approach. This is a case study supported by documentary and bibliographic research. The main sources of data are electronic files, electronic processes, CGU knowledge base, PGD page on the intranet and the internet, open data program, management panels, own system, official journal and legislation. Data analysis uses the content analysis method. The research results consist of the history of development of the CGU Demand Management Program, the main results achieved by the program, as well as the comparison of results obtained in scientific publications on the subject with the results observed in the PGD and ways to improve the management programs and telework models. From the results, a technological product was developed that consists of instructional material to help other organizations to implement demand management programs or telework models based on what was adopted at CGU.
