Summary: This research consists of a study of the Student Questionnaire, one of the tools of the National System of Evaluation of Higher Education SINAES. This Questionnaire collects, among other information, the students opinions on issues related to their Course and University. Thus, it seems relevant raising a few questions, such as: What do students think regarding the education they are receiving? How is the ruling body reacting to their opinion? In order to answer these questions, this research initially proposes to analyze secondary data collected by the INEP institute. To that end, we gathered the answers from CEUNESs undergraduate students who attended ENADE 2014 and completed the Student Questionnaire as well. We also examined the primary data collected by the researcher by means of interviewing course coordinators, so as to assess their stance towards the information acquired via Student Questionnaire. In this regard, the present research can be held as descriptive with a quanti-qualitative approach. Furthermore, we used case study and bibliographic research for data gathering. The results point out that there are many issues that render students unhappy. We also verified that the university does not standardize data usage, since each coordinator uses them (or not), according to their own interest. To this degree, we intend to suggest the following ideas: [1] a seminaron the importance of using the questionnaires data and [2] creating a committee to carry out a research with students so as to investigate the causes to their dissatisfaction. Surely the university will be able to gather information so as to subsidize actions towards the quality of the courses and, as a result, student satisfaction. It should be emphasized that the present research follows the advisors research lines, which are: Higher Education and Basic Education policies.
