Summary: An expression increasingly used today is Urban Mobility that is defined by the movement of people from one point to another of the city, whether for work, study, shopping or even for leisure. This displacement can be done on foot, by non- motorized vehicles or by motor vehicles. However, with the development of cities after the period of urbanization, problems in mobility began to arise due to the absence of urban planning policies associated with the increase in vehicle fleet as well as population growth. Among these problems is the public parking. The overall objective of this work is to analyze the implementation of a rotating parking system in the center of the city of Alegre-ES, aiming to improve traffic mobility and reduce the time spent searching for places, verifying the number of vehicles registered in the municipality and the growth of the fleet of vehicles in the last 10 years, in addition to analyzing the perception of the Alegre people population regarding the traffic conditions and road system of the Center of Alegre, delimit the stretches to count the parking time and define the parking time of the vehicles in the current system . In order to do this, we intend to carry out an exploratory research with the purpose of providing greater familiarity with the problem, with a view to making it more explicit and also a field research with the purpose of collecting information about the problem and also, documentary research, WHERE documents of the National Traffic Department will be analyzed. The proposed technical product of this work is the proposal to implement a revolving parking in the Alegre-ES Center in order to restore urban mobility in this region.
