Summary: The basic solutions of information resources, which aim at the production, storage, transmission, access, security and use of information, are considered as Information Technology (IT). In Brazilian Public Management, these technologies are tools used to computerize administrative processes, in such a way as to solve problems of electronic process management while having a friendly interface and innovations in work practices that obtain progress in services, as well as, in sharing information and communications in real time. At the Federal University of Espírito Santo, Lepisma was implemented at the beginning of 2018, a platform with the aim of promoting administrative efficiency. Thus, the general objective of the research was to evaluate the efficiency and acceptance of the Ufes Protocol Platform (Lepisma) in relation to the perception of Ceunes Departmental Secretaries, using the dimensions: Information quality, System quality, Service quality, Use, User Satisfaction and Benefits, from the Delone and McLean model (2003) and adapted by Wang and Liao (2008) for the public sector. The methodology used, the principle, was the literature review, to later be carried out the application of a questionnaire with closed and open questions with the target audience (servers located in Departmental Secretaries), in the closed questions the Likert scale, of five points, in addition to checking Cronbach's Alpha (0.76), as a consistency coefficient. As for the open questions, carried out the content analysis, following the Bardin principle, in addition to a specific observation, since the author shares, as the circumstances, activities, occasions, the interests of the research group. With the research it is obtained as results that the users, in general, evaluated positively, the Lepisma, through all the six dimensions investigated. In similar studies, related to the public sector (WANG; LIAO, 2008; VAN CAUTER et al., 2017), it was found that the variables use, user satisfaction and benefits were also supported. Consequently, it became evident that Lepisma, is a system that enables efficiency, through the provision of public services, with time savings, ease of information retrieval and performance improvement (SCOTT et al., 2015). At the end, it is proposed as a product, a technical report entitled: Analysis of the Web Protocol platform (Lepisma) in relation to its usability in Departmental Secretariats.
