Summary: The Federal University of Espírito Santo, by instituting Ordinance No. 1,269 of August 30, 2018, took an important step in the search for efficiency in the public service, with the implementation of the electronic administrative process at the university, the Web Protocol (Lepisma). The development of this work is based on the use of Lepisma in a more efficient and uniform way by describing the process flows of the Single Undergraduate Secretariat - Southern Sector (SUGRAD) within this electronic protocol system. The problem: The absence of a specific manual, with procedures to guide the activities of the sector, is the factor that justifies this work. This work has as main objective to analyze, describe and standardize the administrative routines of SUGRAD, and finally to develop a manual in the form of an applicable technical product, with the identification and standardization of the procedures assessed in Lepisma in order to increase the efficiency of services provided by the sector. In theoretical terms, the research was supported by Theories on efficiency in public administration, knowledge and the concept of governance as reference elements. As for the methods and procedures, the approach of this research is characterized as of a quantitative nature through the case study strategy and an exploratory research was developed to survey the existing technical and bibliographic information. Mazzon`s mooring matrix (2018) was also methodologically chosen. As for the main results found, it was verified through the data collected, that the study of the administrative routine Amparo Legal evidenced the need for standardization in the sector. The assessment of the parts attached by SUGRAD and Collegiate in the Separate Documents on Legal Support, during the year 2019 indicates that the rate of 14.20% of inconsistencies may be related to lack of knowledge of the Normative Instruction and lack of standardization in the administrative routine. The analysis of procedures carried out by SUGRAD and Collegiates on Legal Support allowed us to verify that 10.80% of those carried out in 2019 showed some inconsistency, indicating the need for improvement of servers to increase efficiency in this activity. When assessing the orders issued by SUGRAD and collegiate bodies during 2019, a small inconsistency rate (2.70%) was observed, and this fact must be associated with the nature of this document, since the order is a manifestation of the interested party. A general analysis of the documents assessed with SUGRAD and Collegiate origin of the course during the year 2019, on Legal Support, allowed to verify that 15.55% were incomplete, demonstrating once again the need for a standardization in these documents,
