Summary: Introduction: The management of a public institution requires knowledge of
regulations and proper conduct of activities in the administrative environment in
which it is inserted. A common service in various Public Administration
environments is the administrative process. It was regulated in order to comply
with the principles of legality, purpose, motivation, reasonableness,
proportionality, morality, broad defense, contradictory, legal certainty, public
interest and efficiency. The electronic administrative process, through Decree
No. 8,539 / 2015, was implemented in 2018 at UFES to meet several
objectives, including the efficiency of government action. The problem: So, is it
possible to evaluate the efficiency of the electronic administrative process at
UFES from an analysis of the results of implementation in a context of
academic records? The main objective of the research is to analyze the
performance of the implementation of the electronic administrative process at
UFES in the academic context. For an understanding of the legislation pertinent
to the electronic administrative process in the federal public administration and
related entities, important aspects of laws and decrees are presented, in
addition to the University Ordinance. Regarding the methods and procedures
this research was designed with a quantitative and qualitative approach, which
is justified by the need to collect data and reports extracted from the SIE and
the Web Protocol System, in addition to filtering the results of semi-structured
interviews with managers who have a frequent relationship with institutional
systems. The research is exploratory, as it proposes to present the performance
of a system based on reports and interviews with managers to understand
relational skills. It is expected to obtain as a Technical Product a report of the
performance and results of this implementation of the electronic administrative
process, within the scope of academic records, which should be passed on to
PROGRAD.
